Governing Board Meetings are announced in local newspapers and by mail to property owners within 300 feet of a potential project area.

The staff reports and recommendations for agenda items are available on the Calendar event page approximately one week before the respective meeting date.
- The code compliance team acts on every concern received but will not follow up with you on their findings or action taken. To follow up on a report, look up the property of concern in the Accela Citizen Access database and look for a compliance file in the property records. Any reportable information about the Agency’s actions will be recorded there.

A general public comment period will be provided within the first few minutes of the meeting. Any member of the public may address the Tahoe Basin Design Review Committee on any matter that is NOT listed on the agenda. You may also comment on items of business on the agenda at the end of topic discussion. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes at the discretion of the chairperson.
Public Comment for the Tahoe Basin Design Review Committee meeting will be offered virtually through Zoom. To make a public comment, you must "Raise your Hand" or if joining by phone, press *9. This informs the moderator you would like to speak and will let you know when it is time to do so.
